I have found that the alertness and focus has improved greatly.  I have not found that it has helped memory.  I wonder if it takes some time to help your memory.  There has not been any side effects or any negative side effects.  Overall- a great product so far! I love the fact that these come in separate boxes, instead of a bottle.  One box fits right in my purse.  And, one box lasts the whole day..sometimes into the next day.  My focus has never been better.
