I recieved the pink headband. It reminds me very much of a bandana. The headband itself didn't come with any directions on how to achieve all 12 ways you can wear it. They are:

The headband itself, is sewn together almost like a super thick headband. It does feel nice, doesn't give you that horrible headache most headbands give you. But, it was in the high 40's today. I found myself needing to take it off because it felt too hot on my head. It kept the heat in too well.
