For a few years I have had a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. MI have tried prescription sleep aids, to a couple over the counter sleep aids. Nothing really gave me the results that I wanted. I was a little bit weary about trying this because nothing else has really ever helped. Somnis has helped me way more than I expected. It took a while for it to kick in (I'd say about an hour.) I felt tired, but not overly medicated tired. Just enough to make me want to go lay down. After I got into bed, it took me 15 minutes or so to fall asleep. I did wake up once, which is amazing because normally I wake up 3-4 times in the night. When I woke up in the morning, I didn't feel laggy or still really tired. I woke up feeling like I had a good night's rest.
