This stuff really works! The first night I took it I had results by 2 am. I have to admit. It wasn't all that fun, but then I remembered that this is cleansing my colon. Getting it all cleaned out from all the stuff that has been hanging out in there for god knows how long. This is not the easiest thing to be talking about. But, it is a colon cleanser! This does help you loose a little weight. I take some medication that does make me constipated. It never fails. I haven't found anything to help keep myself moving if you know what I'm saying.
