I was 22 when I had my first taste of Microdermabrasion. It was at a spa. And, costly. The result were amazing though. This scrub smells wonderful, and it has a ton of little gritty pieces in it. You do need to apply a little pressure to ensure that you are getting the deafness off your skin. Using a scrub like this gives you the same results, just without the costlyness and the sunburn feeling.
