This is a must in every household.  Yes, it is a gross-like thing.  WE all know what donut cushions are used for and normally its not a pretty reason why you have to use one.  I really wish I had this 4 months ago after I gave birth to my daughter.  I had a normal vaginal delivery, and with that comes hemorrhoids after you give birth.  And, even while you are pregnant.  It took a month and a half for them to go away.  If I had a donut, it would have cut that time down a whole LOT.  This is very comfortable.  You wouldn't think so with a hole in the middle.  But, it evenly distributes your weight so it isn't all resting on your poor pelvic floor.  This helps your bum heal much faster.  The material is soft.  It comes with its own little air pumper.
