I was quite nervous to try this product out.  Not because it is a herbal supplement, but because I have the world's pickiest taste buds.  I was shocked to taste it and, I was actually enjoying it!  Since trying it, I've noticed fewer food cravings, I have been eating smaller portions and I have had more energy.  I need all of the energy I can get because I have a newborn baby at home.  It is a decent sized bag.  If you drink it everyday, then the bag will last you a month or so.
