This has been a god send.  My fiance snores so much.   I have resorted to buying ear plugs for sleeping, and it is not comfortable (mostly because I have tiny ears...and, all of the earplugs are made for Amazon ears I swear!).  Up until lately.lit has seemed that his snoring has to gotten progressively worse.  So, I jumped at the chance to try these.  At, first my fiance had some trouble getting used to them.  A weird shaped thing in your nose is not natural.  The first night, I didn't notice a difference.  The second night, it was like magic!  The snoring decreased so much.  After a week, his snoring was minimal, and a lot less noticeable.
