I only Recieved a 7 day trial. This was to allow me to taste Skinny Jane, see how well it mixes, how it suppresses my appetite and how much energy it gave me. I was a little disappointed when I only got a 7 day trial. But, I I de stand why. I would have loved to of used it for a whole month to see how much weight I could of lost. I got the chocolate flavor. Who doesn't love chocolate? It tastes so yummy. I definitely enjoyed drinking this. It did mix very well and easily. No chunks left. I just had a baby 3 months ago, I'm still navigating not eating for two. This shake has helped keep my appetite at bay so I don't find myself always looking for snacks. I didn't notice much of an energy increase.
