This is an all natural cream.  It has 3 mg of melatonin in it.  I tried it during the day, I'm pretty happy with my nighttime routine on falling asleep.  Since I read it can help you stay more alert during the day, I thought I would give it a shot.  I have a baby, so I sometimes feel as if my alertness level decreases every day.  I rubbed some if this cream on my hands and arms.  I few hours later I did feel a bit more alert.  Not super alert,  just enough to make it easier during the day for me.
