I have always wanted to try kick boxing.  I don't have the time to go to a gym and do kick boxing.  I, like many people get stressed.  I don't have many outlets to relieve my stress.  This punching bop is really neat.  It is easy to inflate.  And, best part is I don't have to waste time driving 45 minutes to a gym.  It comes with a picture holder, which allows someone to put a picture in.
